  About Craig W. Penrod

Craig W. Penrod was born and raised in Arizona and has practiced criminal defense for over 30 years. Mr. Penrod is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, State of Nevada Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Penrod is licensed to practice in State and Federal courts in both Arizona and Nevada. Mr. Penrod is a member of the National College for D.U.I. Defense conducted at Harvard Law School and has been certified by the Arizona State Bar Association as a Criminal Law Specialist. Mr. Penrod is frequently consulted by the media as a legal expert on D.U.I. and other vehicular crime-related issues and has appeared in the Arizona Republic and East Valley Tribune newspapers, as well as local television news. Mr. Penrod is AV® rated, the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Penrod has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Edition 2008. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.
